  1.The double-chamber convection tempering furnace is equipped with a heat balance tube,and the direction of the heat balance tube is perpendicular to the direction of the heating furnace wire.Just below each heating furnace wire,the heat balance tube has a small hole of 1mm,and the direction of adjacent holes is opposite.It is 120mm,which is equal to the distance between adjacent furnace wires.The compressed air sprayed from the hole is heated by the upper heating element and blown onto the upper surface of the glass to form convection heating.

  The heating effect for coated glass,especially Low-E glass,is very obvious.Due to the higher reflection of the coated glass film surface,the weaker absorption of radiant heat,the lower surface heats faster than the upper surface,and the double-chamber convection tempering furnace is"concave""Shaped deformation,only the middle part of the glass touches the silicon roller,which is prone to defects such as optical deformation.An effective way to solve this problem is to enhance the convective heating intensity of the upper surface of the glass to ensure uniform heating of the upper and lower surfaces of the glass.

  2.When the temperature in the heating furnace is not uniform,the air flows from the low temperature to the high temperature in the double-chamber convection tempering furnace.When the air temperature is higher than the glass temperature,the glass is heated.

  3.Since the door of the double-chamber convection tempering furnace is opened or cold air enters from the place where the heating furnace is not tightly sealed,this cold air locally reduces the furnace temperature and glass temperature.In actual production,opening the furnace door has a greater impact on the temperature.A corner furnace wire is often added to the upper and lower parts of the heating furnace to balance the temperature.In the rear furnace door,because the cold air from the air grille may blow into the furnace,an air curtain is often used to isolate the exchange of cold and hot air.
