　　A heat balance tube is installed in the heating furnace of the glass tempering furnace,and the direction of the heat balance tube is perpendicular to the direction of the heating furnace wire.Just below each heating furnace wire,the heat balance tube has a small hole of 1mm.The direction of adjacent holes is opposite.It is 120mm,which is equal to the distance between adjacent furnace filaments.The compressed air sprayed from the hole is heated by the upper heating element and then blown onto the upper surface of the glass to form convection heating.This has obvious heating effect on coated glass.

　　Due to the higher reflection of the coated glass film surface and weak absorption of radiant heat,the lower surface heats faster than the upper surface.The glass deforms in a"concave"shape in the glass tempering furnace.Only the middle of the glass touches the silicon roller,which is prone to optical distortion and other defects,The most effective way to solve this problem is to enhance the convective heating intensity of the upper surface of the glass to ensure uniform heating of the upper and lower surfaces of the glass.When the temperature in the heating furnace is not uniform,the air flows from a low temperature to a high temperature.When the air temperature is higher than the glass temperature,the glass is heated.

　　Since the door of the glass tempering furnace is opened,or cold air enters from a place where the heating furnace is not tightly sealed,this cold air partially reduces the furnace temperature and glass temperature.In actual production,opening the furnace door has a greater impact on the temperature.Therefore,corner furnace wires are often added to the upper and lower parts of the heating furnace to balance the temperature.In the rear furnace door,because the cold air from the air grille may blow into the furnace,an air curtain is often used to isolate the exchange of cold and hot air.
