  What are the systems and system classifications of the glass tempering furnace

  There are many types of glass tempering furnaces and their structures are becoming more and more complex.However,from the perspective of realizing system functions,they mainly include the following subsystems:power system,transmission system,execution system,control system and control system.

  1.Tempering furnace power system:including the power machine and its supporting devices,it is the power source of the mechanical system.According to the different nature of energy conversion,it can be divided into primary power machine and secondary power machine.A primary power machine is a machine that converts natural energy into mechanical energy,such as internal combustion engines,steam turbines,and water turbines.Secondary power machines are machines that convert secondary energy into mechanical energy,such as electric motors,hydraulic motors,and air motors.The glass tempering furnace uses a secondary power machine,that is,the power system of an electric motor.

  2.Execution system of glass tempering furnace:including executive mechanism and executive components.It is the use of mechanical energy to change the nature,state,shape and position of the work object,or to detect and measure the work.In short,it is a device that performs production or meets other predetermined requirements.The execution system is usually at the end of the mechanical system,directly contacting the work object,and its output is also the main output of the mechanical system.Therefore,the performance of the execution system directly affects the performance of the entire system.

  3.Transmission system of glass tempering furnace:The transmission system is an intermediate device that transmits the power and movement of the power machine to the execution system.The transmission system has the following main functions:decelerate or increase speed movement,reduce or increase the speed of the power machine to meet the needs of performing system work.Continuously variable speed movement,when the stepless speed change cannot meet the requirements or is uneconomical,the required force or torque is required.If the working performance of the power machine fully meets the requirements of the execution system,the transmission system can be omitted and the power machine and the execution system can be directly connected.

  4.Glass tempering furnace operation and control system:The operation and control system are all devices that make the power,transmission,and execution systems coordinate with each other and accurately complete the functions of the whole machine.The main difference between the two is:the control system mostly refers to devices that achieve the above requirements through manual operation,including:starting,clutching,braking,speed changing,reversing and other devices.

  The tempering furnace control system refers to a device that allows the controlled object to change the working parameters or operating status through the signal obtained by manual operation or by the measuring element,such as servo mechanism,automatic control device,etc.A good control system can make the mechanical system in an efficient operation state,improve stability and reliability,and have better economy.
