Notes on the daily safe use of tempering furnace

　　In daily production,how to use the tempering furnace safely is also a vital link and an important production guarantee.Today,I would like to summarize some of the daily specifications and the key points of inspection and maintenance.

　　When using glass tempering furnace:

　　1.Check whether there are debris and dust on the operation box,operation table,electric control cabinet,etc.of the tempering furnace,and clean it;

　　2.Check whether the doors of the electric control cabinet of the tempering furnace are closed reliably;

　　3.Check whether the buttons and switches on the operation cabinets,stations and screen doors are intact and whether the installation is reliable;

　　4.Check whether the indicating instrument on the screen door of each operation cabinet and operation console is intact and whether the indication is normal;

　　5.Check whether the indicators(including alarm bells)on the screen doors of each operation cabinet and operation console are intact and whether the instructions are normal;

　　6.Check whether the foot switch of the tempering furnace is flexible and reliable;

　　7.Check whether the function of emergency stop buttons everywhere is reliable;

　　8.Check whether all photoelectric switches and encoders of the tempering furnace are loose or misplaced,and whether the working signals are normal;

　　9.Check whether the ventilation and cooling fans in the control cabinet work normally.
